Terms & Conditions for PECB Courses

These Terms & Conditions apply to PECB courses purchased or registered for through QuantumGovern Academy, operated by QuantumGovern Inc. Please review them before completing your registration or purchase.
By registering for or purchasing a PECB course through QuantumGovern Academy, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any applicable PECB requirements.
1. Course Registration
All PECB course registrations are subject to applicable PECB policies and requirements.
Course registration may include training materials, examination vouchers, certification-related services, or other resources depending on the course and learning format selected.
Once registration, course materials, examination vouchers, or certification services have been processed, applicable fees may become non-refundable.
2. E-Learning and Self-Study Courses
PECB E-Learning and Self-Study courses are non-refundable once enrollment has been processed.
Once access, course materials, or related learning resources have been assigned or made available to the participant, the registration is considered final.
3. Live Instructor-Led Training
Live Instructor-Led sessions are subject to minimum enrollment, trainer availability, and scheduling requirements.
QuantumGovern Inc. reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, cancel, or change the delivery format or location of a training session due to circumstances including insufficient enrollment, trainer availability, technical issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Participants will be notified of material scheduling changes as soon as reasonably possible
If QuantumGovern Cancels or Postpones a Session
If QuantumGovern Inc. cancels or postpones a scheduled training session, participants may choose:- A 100% refund of the training fees paid; or
- A transfer to a future available training session..
4. Participant Cancellations
For eligible Live Instructor-Led registrations, the following cancellation terms apply:
Discounted registrations, including promotional offers, special discounts, and early-bird pricing, are non-refundable.
Once PECB training materials have been assigned or provided to a participant, no refund can be processed, regardless of the cancellation period above.
5. Examination Vouchers and PECB Materials
Once a PECB examination voucher has been issued, it is non-refundable.
Registrations for which PECB course materials, examination vouchers, or certification services have already been processed are subject to applicable PECB policies and requirements.
Any exceptional refund or cancellation request may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis where appropriate.
6. Training Dates and Confirmation
A Planned training session is not considered confirmed until QuantumGovern Academy provides confirmation.
Training dates may depend on minimum enrollment and trainer availability.
Participants should rely on the confirmation email provided by QuantumGovern Academy before making arrangements related to attendance.
7. Travel and Accommodation
If travel is required to attend an instructor-led session, please do not make non-refundable travel or accommodation arrangements until the session has been confirmed.
QuantumGovern Inc. is not responsible for travel expenses, accommodation costs, or other losses resulting from a postponed or cancelled training session.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned, where reasonably possible, using the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
